Major responsibilities:

• Ensure vessels and other specified products and services are produced and delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and specifications.

• Ensure OHS&E guidelines and policies are carried out.

• Oversight of all project resources including all subcontractors.

• Provide high level of leadership in the resolution of design and construction issues.

• Overview of all project deliverables including documentation and training.

• Delivery of regular communications & progress reports to the COO.

Requirements:
任职要求：
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager with proven track record within vessel building industry (experience in Aluminium construction highly desirable).

• Formal project management qualifications highly desirable.

• High level negotiation, dispute resolution skills, performance and outcome orientation.

• Commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal & leadership skills.
